INDIVIDUAL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT Software: Grape 10 Licensor: Pop3DArt (Advisol Ltd.) Acceptance of License By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software (the “Software”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software. Grant of License Pop3DArt hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software. This license permits use of the Software for your personal or internal purposes only. Restrictions You may not: Make changes to the software or reverse-engineer it Transfer, assign, sublicense, or distribute the Software to any third party Make the Software available to others in any form, whether commercial or non-commercial Ownership The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain the exclusive property of Pop3DArt. Disclaimer of Warranty The Software is provided “as is”, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pop3DArt has made reasonable efforts to ensure that the Software is useful and does not cause harm. However, no guarantee is made regarding: Performance Reliability Fitness for a particular purpose Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pop3DArt shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to: Direct or indirect damages Loss of data Loss of profits Business interruption arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software, whether caused by proper use, misuse, or abuse. Updates and Bug Fixes Pop3DArt may, at its sole discretion, provide updates or bug fixes. Such actions are performed voluntarily, and no obligation to provide maintenance or updates is assumed. Technical Support Technical support, if provided, is offered on a voluntary and best-effort basis only. Pop3DArt is under no obligation to provide support. General This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pop3DArt regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
